This is the time of year where we are in such a giving spirit. We share time and gifts with one another and it truly is wonderful. • Practice Yoga – Moving your spine in all 6 directions each day through a healing yoga practice will help you immensely.
• Drink Green Tea – Try to sip on a cup or 2 of Green Tea every day. It can help your brain function better.
• Get your Z’s – Be sure to get your sleep so you’re ready to go each day and stress doesn’t catch up with you.
